Our first sponsor is Tim Parker, who is a defender for the New York Red Bulls soccer team. Tim Parker is 25 years old and was born and raised in Hicksville, New York. He played soccer in high school and won two honors as the team captain, NSCAA All-America and NSCAA All-Region II honors. He went on to play soccer internationally, and also played for Vancouver in the MLS from 2015 to 2017.
Our second sponsor is Ray Cooney. Ray Cooney is a retired FDNY firefighter and the host of Firehouse Kitchen, a cooking show that combines the heroism of local firefighters with delicious cooking. Ray Cooney is a husband and father of three children. In 2003, Ray attempted to climb to a second floor window, but a back draft knocked him from his ladder and caused him to suffer extensive back and hip injuries. These injuries forced Ray into retirement, but didn’t keep him away from firefighting. Ray joined the Bayport Volunteer Fire Department as a class B volunteer firefighter and continues to work with the community. In addition to his volunteering, he hosts Firehouse Kitchen to celebrate his passion for food and to showcase fellow firefighters.
Our final sponsor is Firehouse Kitchen, which is not your ordinary cooking show. Hosted by Ray Cooney, firehouses across the country act as the set for the show. Local firefighters assist Ray is cooking various recipes, while sharing stories of their heroism.
